TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment must be finalized not later than 72 hours (3 Days) PRIOR to the scheduled Private Yoga session.
  • No cancelations are permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of Private yoga session and no refund will be issued.
  • If cancelation is made between 72-48 hours prior to scheduled Private Yoga session, a 50% refund of payment will be given (minus any fees).
  • If cancelation is made prior to 72 hours before scheduled Private Yoga session, then full refund will be given (minus any fees).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS 10 PAX +

  • All terms and conditions listed above for Private Yoga sessions also apply to groups 10 PAX +
  • One change to EITHER group numbers or time and date can be made to original booking without incurring penalty, no later than 48 hours prior to start of Group Private Yoga session.
  • Additional changes (after one change has already been made) will not be permitted.
  • No changes can be made within the 48 hour timeframe prior to Group Private Yoga session time.
  • If a part-refund needs to be given because of a reduction in group size, then payment will be returned via the same method that the original payment was made (minus fees). Again, please be aware that refunds will only be given if the changes are made prior to the 48 hour start time of Group Private Yoga session. After 48 hours no changes can be made and the original payment agreement will remain in place.
